1. User Account, Password, and Security

If you create an account on Skylish, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. In case of false or misleading details, Skylish reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Services Offered

Skylish provides food ordering and related services through its Platform. Users can browse menus, place orders, and enjoy a variety of freshly prepared dishes including noodles, fried rice, momos, fried chicken, and more.

Orders can be placed using available payment methods. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Food is prepared fresh and should be consumed promptly.
• Cancellation, refund, and delivery policies are governed by Skylish policies available on the Platform.
• Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Skylish does not guarantee that all menu descriptions or visuals are completely accurate and reserves the right to modify offerings at any time.

3. Platform for Ordering and Communication

The Platform enables Users to place food orders and interact with Skylish services.

• All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Skylish strives to ensure timely delivery but does not guarantee delivery timelines under unforeseen circumstances.
• Pricing errors or technical issues may lead to order cancellation.

Skylish is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services.

4. User Conduct and Platform Usage

By using Skylish, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Interfere with the functioning of the Platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Engage in abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior

Skylish reserves the right to cancel orders or restrict access in cases of misuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations.

5. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Orders once confirmed may not be canceled after preparation begins
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per Skylish policies
• Incorrect or fraudulent orders may be rejected

6. Limitation of Liability

Skylish shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances
• Dissatisfaction arising from subjective taste preferences
