The Platform is owned and operated by Skylish Foods Private Limited, with its registered and operational offices in India.

Your use of Skylish and its services are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. By using Skylish, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

For the purpose of these Terms, “You” or “User” refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform. “Skylish”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Skylish Foods Private Limited and its affiliates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

1. User Account, Password, and Security

If you create an account on Skylish, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. If any information is found to be false or misleading, Skylish reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Services Offered

Skylish provides online food ordering and related services through the Platform. Users can browse menus, place orders, and purchase freshly prepared food items such as noodles, fried rice, momos, fried chicken, and other dishes.

Orders can be placed using available payment methods. All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Food is prepared fresh and intended for immediate consumption
• Cancellation, refund, and delivery are governed by Skylish policies
• Orders once prepared or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation

Skylish does not guarantee that menu descriptions, images, or other content are fully accurate and reserves the right to modify offerings at any time.

3. Platform for Ordering and Communication

The Platform enables Users to place food orders and interact with Skylish services.

• All orders are subject to confirmation and availability
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors
• Pricing errors or technical issues may result in order cancellation

Skylish is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or third-party delivery services.

4. User Conduct and Rules

By using Skylish, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with the functioning of the Platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Engage in abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior

Skylish reserves the right to suspend accounts or cancel orders in case of misuse or policy violations.

5. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Orders may not be canceled once preparation has begun
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per Skylish policies
• Incorrect, suspicious, or fraudulent orders may be rejected

6. Limitation of Liability

Skylish shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances
• Dissatisfaction arising from subjective taste preferences

7. Fraudulent and Misuse Activities

Users may be considered fraudulent if they:

• Provide invalid contact or address details
• Abuse offers or discount codes
• Refuse to accept delivery or payment
• Attempt to exploit the Platform for unfair advantage

Skylish reserves the right to cancel such orders and restrict access to the Platform.
